Your safety and well-being
All of our activities involve ‘adventure’ and therefore a risk of accidents. All guests must ensure they have suitable travel insurance before any activity with us. All of our activities require a level of fitness and have a degree of difficulty. We will explain this before you sign up for anything. If anything is not clear, or you are not sure if the activity is right for you, please just ask. If you do not feel confident/safe at any time during an activity you must stop and advise the guide immediately.
PAYMENT & PARTICIPATION TERMS
I understand and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable, unless The Secret Garden cancels my reservation. This includes if I cancel, change my plans, or am unable to participate. I understand that WeTravel may offer cancellation insurance when I make my payment.
I understand that tours and activities involve inherent risks and that specific outcomes are never guaranteed (for example, reaching a mountain summit). I am responsible for having suitable travel insurance to cover any loss, cancellation, injury, expense or other unforeseen circumstance.
I accept the inherent risks associated with my accommodation, tour, activity or transportation, including services provided by independent guides, drivers and activity providers.
Deposits are non-refundable, and guests must pay for the whole packge booked, even if they choose to leave early for whatever reason. Sorry to be so strict ): but most reservations are made in advance so it is difficult for us to fill spaces at the last minute. You can change dates, subject to availability, with minimum 5 days’ notice. We accept payment in cash or credit card
